In its continued mission to build strategic partnerships, Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano (KHAIRUN) visited El-Razi Medical University, Kano, on 13th November, 2024. The visit was led by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Abdulrashid Garba.
Prof. Garba commended El-Razi’s management team for their expertise. He also shared KHAIRUN’s vision to promote collaboration and learn from El-Razi’s experience as a fellow science-focused institution. He highlighted the importance of private universities within and beyond Kano State by joining hands to advance learning. He also requested for formal collaboration in staff training, seminars, and research.
Responding, the El-Razi Medical University team, headed by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ahmed Osman Rizig, welcomed the proposed partnership, affirming that, as sister universities, KHAIRUN and El-Razi share a mutual goal to elevate educational standards.
The meeting concluded with both institutions expressing their readiness to engage in multiple initiatives for shared growth.
