A delegation from khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, kano comprising the Vice-chancellor professor Abdulrashid Garba, the Registrar Malam Yusuf Datti, Busar Dr. Naja’atu Bala Rabiu, University Librarian Malam Nazir Muhammad and the representatives of the late khalifa Isyaka Rabiu family led by Alhaji Ansar Isyaku Rabiu, paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Highness Emir of Bichi Alhaji Nasiru Ado Bayero.
The visit was to inform the Emir about the establishment of KHAIRUN and to seek for his prayers, blessings and advise. His Royal Highness, the Emir of Bichi highly expressed his joy for the establishment of the University. He stated that there is a strong bond between his family and the family of Khalifa.
He applauded and prayed for the founder late Khalifa sheik Isyaku Rabiu. The Emir advised the management of KHAIRUN that they should not only produce graduates with a degree but, with skills so that they can be on their own after graduation.
The emir also prayed to the almighty Allah for smooth Take-off of the University and assured full support of the emirate to the development of the university.
